RGE – the original

Special features of the hetra RGE column lift are the electronic synchronization control, the high load capacity of 7.5 t per column and the lift height of 1,750 mm which makes comfortable and safe working under the vehicle possible.

The successful hetra column lift series is advanced with the RGE series.  A special feature of this new generation of column lifts is the electronic control system. As well as the synchronization control and the limit switch (top / bottom) and the complete monitoring of the safety functions (main nut rupture, approaching obstacle, etc.), the control system also makes group operation possible which aligns the selected columns by pressing a button.  For example, this is beneficial when dismantling an axle.
The control system of the new RGE makes possible the combination of columns in groups. This means that all columns which have been combined into a group can be operated jointly at any column of the group (e.g. when dismantling an axle or draining the chassis for a rail vehicle).

RGB – best suited for buses

With its RGB mobile column lift, hetra is presenting a specially designed lift at the Automechanika with a load capacity of 5,500 kg per column.
The lift system includes 4 mobile individual columns including electronic controller (with electronic synchronization and safety monitoring) as an individual controller and for the important group formation of the lifts (can be expanded up to 8 columns on 2x32 A CEKON sockets).  The RGB has a trapezoidal spindle with locking nut and worm gear motor at the top.

The lifting slide with fixed wheel clamping module is suitable for the tire sizes 8.25 to 12.00-20/12 R 22.5.

The hetra RGE/T mobile column lift is particularly suitable for agricultural and forestry vehicles with a maximum axle load of up to 10 t.
In order to cover the special dimensions of the tires for agricultural and forestry vehicles, the basic frame and the elevating fork for the mobile column lifts are widened. Using the extended fork of 750 mm, extremely wide tires can also be lifted safely.
The flexible control system for the mobile column lift also opens up completely new possibilities here.
Benefit: Multiple-axle vehicles such as, e.g. low loaders or special vehicles can also be lifted with standard mobile column lifts from hetra.

With the RGE / GPGU, hetra is providing a mobile universal column lift for forklifts and rail vehicles.
A particular benefit of this system is the extremely precise electronic control system which is absolutely necessary for lifting the heaviest loads such as trams. Hetra provides a universal lifting slide with adjustable flat forks and a synchronization control as standard. The contactless speed reduction, the bottom limit switch and the nut monitoring are precisely controlled by proximity switches and the top limit switch using software.
Customer-specific special solutions can be easily realized using the freely programmable hetra control system.
The hetra column lifts are used by numerous public transport services, including among others the Wiener-Linien, Vienna, the Stockholm and Götesborg (S) transport authorities, VAG Nurnberg, OEG Mannheim and the public transport authorities in Potsdam and Chemnitz.   The Bern and Basel public transport authorities in Switzerland use the hetra lifting systems.
